Designs, copy, visuals, and code on this website are owned by Scene Coding. Do not reuse them without permission.
6. Your inputs
Feedback, documents, and ideas you share may be used only to deliver your project or improve our services.
7. Payments
Pay as agreed in the proposal. Late payment delays resourcing across the studio, not just your timeline.
8. Refunds
Refunds are generally not available once work has begun. Any exception will be written down.
9. Timelines
We aim to hit agreed dates. Delays can follow late inputs, third-party failure, or events outside our control. We will say so.
10. Third-party links
Outbound links are for convenience. We do not operate those sites.
11. Confidentiality
Client information is confidential. We expect the same for our proposals, strategy, and pricing.
12. Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss of business, data, or profit. Outcomes also depend on factors we do not control.
13. No perfection
We deliver with care. No system is free of error or downtime.
14. Ending work
Either party may end services with notice. We may suspend for misuse, unpaid invoices, or breach.
15. Indemnity
You indemnify Scene Coding against claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.
16. Communication
We use email, phone, and digital channels for service notices.
17. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under Bengaluru, Karnataka.
18. Disputes
Talk first. Unresolved disputes may be taken to Bengaluru courts.
